At Wigsbyevan, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

 

 

• We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Lace must not be cut, styled, washed, or customized.
• Due to hygiene reasons, worn or altered wigs cannot be returned.

Exchanges

 

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or customized wigs
• Final sale or discounted items
• Wigs showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at wigsbyevan123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
